These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("Operator," "User," or "you") and Blueprint Concepts LLC ("Blueprint Concepts," "we," "us," or "our"), the developer and owner of Oblige ("Platform" or "Oblige"). By registering for an account, accessing, or using Oblige, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
If you are using Oblige on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and references to "you" include that entity.
Oblige is a project operations platform designed for operators, producers, and fractional or gig-based entrepreneurs who coordinate project-based work between clients and subcontractors or vendors. The Platform provides tools for:
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify Blueprint Concepts immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Blueprint Concepts is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
Oblige is offered under tiered subscription plans. By subscribing, you authorize Blueprint Concepts to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated. Blueprint Concepts reserves the right to change pricing with thirty (30) days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Blueprint Concepts owns and maintains the template library available within Oblige. Templates are provided for operational and organizational purposes only.
THE TEMPLATES AND DOCUMENTS GENERATED BY OBLIGE ARE PROVIDED FOR OPERATIONAL AND ORGANIZATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. NOTHING ON THE PLATFORM CONSTITUTES LEGAL ADVICE. BLUEPRINT CONCEPTS IS NOT A LAW FIRM AND DOES NOT PROVIDE LEGAL COUNSEL. YOU ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO HAVE ANY AGREEMENT REVIEWED BY A LICENSED ATTORNEY BEFORE EXECUTION.
Blueprint Concepts does not warrant that any document generated through the Platform is legally binding, enforceable, or appropriate for your jurisdiction or use case.
Oblige tracks payment obligations tied to project milestones and notifies Operators of payment status changes. The Platform does not process, initiate, hold, escrow, or transfer funds of any kind. All financial transactions between Operators, clients, and subcontractors occur entirely outside the Platform using the Operator's own payment methods. Blueprint Concepts is not a party to, and bears no responsibility for, any financial transaction conducted by Platform users.
You retain ownership of all project data, party information, and documents you upload or generate within your workspace. Uploaded and generated documents are stored in cloud storage infrastructure. Blueprint Concepts implements reasonable technical measures to protect stored data but does not guarantee absolute security. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Oblige, including its software, design, interface, template library, document structures, and all related intellectual property, is owned by Blueprint Concepts and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without express written consent.

Oblige integrates with or links to third-party services including Stripe for payment processing, Resend for email delivery, and Supabase for data storage. Your use of such third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. Blueprint Concepts is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party service.
OBLIGE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. BLUEPRINT CONCEPTS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BLUEPRINT CONCEPTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL BLUEPRINT CONCEPTS' TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Blueprint Concepts and its owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of Oblige, your violation of these Terms, or any agreements you generate or execute using the Platform.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Louisiana. Before filing any formal legal claim, you agree to contact Blueprint Concepts and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days.
YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.
Blueprint Concepts reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the Effective Date at the top of this document and, where appropriate, by sending an email notification to registered users. Your continued use of Oblige after the effective date of any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting Blueprint Concepts. Blueprint Concepts reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms or non-payment. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform immediately ceases.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Blueprint Concepts with respect to Oblige. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without Blueprint Concepts' prior written consent.
